The TSE is required before many health-care professionals are able to obtain an alien identification card (green card). The TSE can be the biggest stumbling block for initial success in the United States. Our TSE training can vary in length from a single practice session using a sample test to weekly, year-long training for those who need intense practice with their spoken English. The first call consists of a sample test with immediate feedback and suggestions for improvement. It may be that this is all you need to gain assurance before the test, or you may find that more English training and practice is necessary before you are confident enough to tackle the test. TSE training is conducted exclusively via telephone to mimic the testing situation, and the telephone call itself is free, even for international clients.
