I'm too long video AM I want to try the CD, but I seem to add files. I want to cut the video after a certain time with the remainig Paste things. I can create a short video of my VCD You must make this way. This is what software is good Please? Thanks

A huge electricity power cut has plunged Russia's second city, St Petersburg, into darkness. There has been no official explanation of the cause of the cut.
